Policy Statement - The Lance-Lantz-Lentz-Lence People, Inc.

It shall be the policy of the Lance-Lantz-Lentz-Lence People, Inc., in order to fulfill the stated purpose of the corporation, to conduct an annual family reunion with due notice to all persons whose current address is included in the corporation's mailing list. Said reunion shall include ample time for fellowship and shall include a forum for the education and enlightenment of those participating. The forum shall deal with matters pertaining to the history and heritage of the family and shall be inclusive of those seeking information as well as those contributing to the forum. In addition to the forum, a banquet, a devotional service, and other activities, as appropriate shall be conducted during the annual meeting. Activities may include those designed to raise funds required to maintain the corporation in the pursuit of its purpose.

The business of the corporation, between annual meetings, shall be conducted by the elected officers as provided in the Constitution and By-Laws.
